At the conference, representatives of the leadership of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation awarded decisions to establish 18 grassroots trade unions of enterprises, assigning the An Bien Ward Trade Union to monitor and manage.
18 units include: Trung Tin Real Estate Trading and Development Joint Stock Company; Vietnam Training and Inspection Joint Stock Company; Northern Power Services Joint Stock Company; HT Trading and Technical Investment Joint Stock Company; Duyen Hai Human Resource Development Joint Stock Company; Xuan Truong Transport and Import-Export Service Investment Joint Stock Company; Tung Lam General Import-Export Construction Joint Stock Company; Phuc An Hung Trading and Transport Service Joint Stock Company; PG Holdings Joint Stock Company; Minh Duc 68 Construction Corporation Joint Stock Company; Hai Lan Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.; Lam Hieu Informatics Trading and Service One Member Co., Ltd.; Lucky International Delivery Co., Ltd. - Hai Phong Branch; Truong Anh Trading and Tourism Service Co., Ltd.; Vietnam Industrial Security Protection Service Co., Ltd.; Thai Anh Minh Trading and Service Co., Ltd.; Viet Xo Construction and Transport Co., Ltd. and ZANET Co., Ltd. The total number of employees at 18 enterprises is 479 people, of which 463 employees joined the trade union organization.
Representatives of the City Labor Federation's leadership proposed that, after the grassroots trade union establishment conference, An Bien Ward Trade Union guide newly established units to quickly complete regulations and develop operating programs. At the same time, pay attention to professional training for grassroots trade union officials, aiming to better care for and protect the rights and interests of union members.
