On the afternoon of December 10, the Trade Union of Rollsport Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. held a general environmental sanitation launching ceremony in 2025, responding to the "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" movement and the program to coordinate environmental protection actions, serving sustainable development among workers, civil servants and laborers.
In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Van Ty - Chairman of the Trade Union of Rollsport Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. - said that the unit is an FDI enterprise with nearly 19,000 employees. In recent times, businesses have focused on improving working environment conditions; deploying many solutions such as upgrading waste collection systems, enhancing factory hygiene, investing in equipment to ensure occupational safety and hygiene.
In addition, businesses actively respond to environmental activities such as "Earth Now", "World Environment Day"; organize cleaning inside and outside the factory, pick up trash, and cycle to promote environmental protection.
Today's launching ceremony continues to affirm the company's commitment to working with the union organization and the community to build a safe, friendly and sustainable working environment, Mr. Ty shared.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, 250 officers and workers of Rollsport Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. participated in planting 50 trees and general environmental sanitation in the factory and industrial park area.
