On October 15, the Hoa Binh Provincial Civil Servants' Union organized a thematic conference on the occasion of the 14th Anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20, 2010 - October 20, 2024).
At the conference, delegates were shared by Associate Professor, Doctor, Senior Lecturer Nguyen Quang Lieu - Principal of the High School for Gifted Students in Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi on the topic: "Office culture, public ethics, communication skills of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers".
It focuses on two main contents including communication skills and basic, core issues of office culture.
Delegates have acquired knowledge, the importance of office culture and public ethics, the role of office culture, regulations, and measures to build office culture and public ethics.
In addition, the lecturer also exchanged and imparted communication skills, ways to build behavioral styles, and standard working practices in the current situation.
Through the conference, it helps cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers raise awareness about building office culture and public ethics. Contribute to building a team of cadres with a professional, responsible, dynamic, and creative working style in applying science and technology in the process of performing public duties.
