The grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd. has just organized the program "Trade Union Meal" and summarized Workers' Month, Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026 at Thanh Loc Industrial Park, Thanh Loc commune, An Giang province. More than 6,000 union members and workers participated in the program.
Ms. Ton Nu My Hanh - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union - said: The highlight of this year's Workers' Month at Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd. is the series of activities organized in a close, in-depth direction and increasing interaction with workers. Not only taking care of material life, the Trade Union also creates many spaces for union members and workers to share their thoughts and feelings, and spread positive values in the working environment.

In which, the "Workers Tell Stories" Contest became a special highlight of this year's Workers' Month when it attracted 60 articles, 3 videos and 1 radio product to participate in the contest. Not simply a playground, the contest has opened up a space for workers to express their true thoughts and feelings from their daily life and work. Through each simple, sincere story, the image of workers appears close, positive and full of willpower, contributing to spreading the spirit of optimism, responsibility and belief in labor and production.
Responding to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, the "Hwaseung - Joining Hands for Emulation" Contest also took place sôi nổi at direct production blocks and indirect block groups, supported with the participation of 37 teams and 3,870 union members and workers hưởng ứng.
The contest is implemented throughout 4 weeks with many practical criteria associated with a safe working environment such as not allowing labor accidents to occur, complying with company regulations, reducing the rate of absenteeism and resignation, promoting solidarity and actively participating in Trade Union activities.

The grassroots trade union coordinates with departments to organize weekly monitoring and evaluation of emulation results. Typical collectives are commended on Facebook and the company's internal TV system, creating a lively emulation atmosphere at production lines and departments.
Ms. Ton Nu My Hanh added: "The Executive Committee of the Trade Union always hopes that each activity in Workers' Month must truly touch the emotions and needs of workers. Workers' Month is a time for the Trade Union to look back and appreciate the silent contributions of workers - people who are diligently creating value for the business every day.
The grassroots trade union has constantly innovated its organization so that activities are increasingly practical and in-depth; creating more opportunities for workers to express their thoughts, feelings and aspirations. Thereby strengthening the connection between workers and the Trade Union organization and businesses, together completing production and business tasks well, Ms. Hanh expressed.
