On July 3, the Son La Provincial Labor Federation organized a training conference on negotiation skills and signing of collective labor agreements in 2026 for more than 100 trainees who are full-time trade union officials and grassroots trade union officials at businesses in the area.
At the conference, trainees were disseminated legal regulations on dialogue, negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements.
At the same time, lecturers guide skills in collecting and analyzing information, developing negotiation plans and handling arising situations.
The program combines theory with practice, helping students improve their skills and apply them effectively in practice at enterprises.


The conference contributes to improving the quality of dialogue, collective bargaining, and promoting the building of harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
Speaking at the opening, Mr. Soi Ngoc Cuong - Chairman of the Son La Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized the role of dialogue and collective bargaining in building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations. At the same time, he requested trainees to actively exchange and apply knowledge to practice, improve the quality of collective labor agreements with many clauses that are more beneficial to workers.
