On August 25, the Trade Union of Vung Tau Ward (HCMC) said that it had coordinated with the Youth Union and units in the area to organize a voluntary blood donation program.

This is an activity organized to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2026), thereby attracting leaders, officials, and specialists of the VFF Committee of Vung Tau ward and more than 150 union members and workers to participate.

According to the Vung Tau Ward Trade Union, with the spirit of "Each drop of blood - One heart", the collective of union members and workers actively responded and registered to donate blood, showing the responsibility of officials, union members, and workers for the work of caring for and protecting people's health.

Through voluntary blood donation activities, it has contributed to supplementing blood sources for emergency and treatment at medical facilities, while continuing to promote the role of the Ward Fatherland Front, Trade Union, Youth Union and socio-political organizations in social security activities in the area.
