Efforts to overcome difficulties, dedication to work
More than 20 years of attachment to Ha Quang Garment Enterprise in Quang Tri province (under May 10 Corporation), Mr. Truong Van Ly is not only a talented and creative worker but also built a happy family with his wife, becoming a typical example in the movement of workers, civil servants, and laborers.
Recently, his family was one of 95 families commended at the Conference to commend typical families of workers, civil servants, and laborers nationwide in the period 2021 - 2026 organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Starting to work at Ha Quang Garment Enterprise 21 years ago, Mr. Ly faced many difficulties when he first entered the profession. However, with a spirit of eagerness to learn, perseverance and the support of colleagues, he quickly matured and became a core worker of the Cutting Team.
Currently a worker in the Cutting and Breaking department of the Cutting Team, Ha Quang Garment Enterprise, he always completes his tasks well with an average productivity of about 1,200 products per day, contributing to ensuring production progress and quality.
Not only is he professionally skilled, he also actively coordinates with the IE department to research and implement many technical improvement initiatives, contributing to shortening operating time, improving productivity and increasing income for workers. He also always wholeheartedly guides new workers, actively responds to emulation movements, Lean models and the "3 no" movement, contributing to improving product quality.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Sinh, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Ha Quang Garment Enterprise, said that stemming from many difficult circumstances, Mr. and Mrs. Truong Van Ly have worked together to strive to rise up and stabilize their lives with diligence, hard work and dedication to work.
Although holding positions with a lot of pressure in the production line, both always excellently complete their tasks, live harmoniously, are ready to help colleagues and wholeheartedly for the collective. With the consensus of building a warm home, raising two obedient and studious children, their family has become a typical worker family example, spreading good values about labor, responsibility and happiness," Ms. Sinh shared.
Building a home from sharing
Not only are they dedicated workers, Mr. and Mrs. Truong Van Ly are also role models in building a cultural family.
His wife, Ms. Bui Thi Bao, also works at Ha Quang Garment Enterprise. For many consecutive years, she has excellently completed her tasks, was recognized as a General Corporation-level Emulation Soldier and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
According to Ms. Bao, family happiness is nurtured by sharing, understanding and companionship in life. After each working day, the couple always spend time talking to their children, teaching them to distinguish right from wrong, to live responsibly and study hard to become useful people for society.
Both of their children are obedient and study well for many years in a row. The family also actively participates in local movements and is continuously recognized as "Cultural Family".
For Mr. Truong Van Ly, the biggest reward is not only his achievements in labor but also the warm home always full of love, where members share and encourage each other to overcome difficulties and strive to rise up in life.
The fact that Mr. Truong Van Ly's family is one of 95 typical families of workers, civil servants, and laborers honored at the conference is a worthy recognition for their persistent contributions in labor, production as well as building happy families.
From dedication in work, responsibility to the collective to how to preserve the family and raise children, his family has spread the beautiful image of a worker in the new era, skilled in his profession, responsible, creative and always striving to nurture the good values of Vietnamese families.
