With a coverage rate of 94.4% of the population, the city has over 7.9 million people participating in health insurance. To implement the tasks assigned, from now until the end of 2024, the Social Security of TP Hà Nội will continue to proactively control medical examination and treatment costs; monitor the situation of using the medical examination and treatment fund at each medical examination and treatment facility; analyze data to promptly detect and warn any abnormalities in the frequency of medical examination and treatment, the rate of hospitalization, the rate of examination and diagnosis, the rate of medication, medical supplies, multiple medical examinations, high costs; refuse to pay medical examination and treatment costs not in accordance with the regulations; strengthen the prevention of abuse of health insurance funds.
Timely and fully resolve the rights of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance. Strictly manage the payment of short-term social insurance benefits, one-time allowance, and unemployment insurance allowance; exploit and maximize the effectiveness of information technology and data bases of the industry to inspect, supervise, prevent, and detect fraud and abuse, and benefit from the fund; promote the payment of social insurance and unemployment insurance benefits through individual accounts.
Administrative reform, electronic filing of documents achieved 100%, implemented online public services at level 4 on all fields of social insurance and health insurance. Timely resolve the proposals and complaints on the national public service portal. Continue to implement the tasks of implementing Decision 06 of the Government.
