HCMC - The workshop program organized by the DIC Group's Trade Union to spread a green lifestyle and protect the environment attracted more than 300 union members to participate.

On November 19, the DIC Group Trade Union coordinated with the Youth Union to organize the Upcycle Workshop program among union members and workers.

This is an activity organized by grassroots trade unions to raise awareness of ESG (Environmental - Environment; Social - Social; Governance - Governance), promote a green lifestyle and spread waste reduction actions among union members and workers.

The program was attended by the Executive Board, leaders of departments and more than 300 union members and employees from DIC Group, subsidiaries, member companies and affiliated units...

Thereby, the attendees were introduced to general knowledge about ESG, ESG trends in the real estate industry and the role of each individual in the sustainable development strategy of the enterprise.

At the same time, participate in learning about waste classification processes; modern recycling solutions.... presented briefly and intuitively, making it easy to absorb and apply in work and life.

The highlight of the program is the recycling workshop, in which union members are guided and directly create new products from old uniforms. Thereby creating excitement among union members and workers; at the same time, conveying the message of reducing waste and encouraging reuse.
