The Overseas Labor Center will announce the cancellation of labor contracts for cases that do not participate in orientation education as planned (including cases that have applied but do not participate in the next concentration course). Employees whose contracts are canceled will be suspended from participating in the EPS Program for 1 year.
Employees who, due to force majeure and cannot participate in training according to the announced plan and wish to register for the next course must provide full information according to the form submitted to the Department of Home Affairs of the province/city for synthesis and notification to the Overseas Labor Center.
