In this regard, the LĐLĐ Long Biên District together with the Vietnam - Soviet Friendship Labor Culture Palace has just concluded 3 training courses on nucleus cultural base for union members of the district, including dance, singing, and self-defense courses.
In a discussion about these 3 training courses, Deputy Chairman Dang Thi Anh Nguyet - Deputy Chairman of the LĐLĐ Long Biên District - said that the courses were organized based on the LĐLĐ district's grasp of the need for workers, civil servants, and laborers at state agencies, units, businesses, and schools to learn, enjoy, and create culture. From there, the LĐLĐ requested the approval of the Standing Committee of the LĐLĐ city to cooperate with the Vietnam - Soviet Friendship Labor Culture Palace to organize a nucleus cultural base course.
The target audience for the course is union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers - outstanding cultural nuclei at the grassroots level, and officials responsible for promoting the movement. The trainees who have been trained through these nucleus cultural courses will become cultural, artistic, and sports nuclei, becoming the core force driving the cultural and artistic movement at the grassroots level, and the labor movement of Long Biên District in general.
At the end of May 2024, the 3 training courses were launched at the Sài Đồng Urban Kindergarten. After more than 2 months of learning, the trainees were taught and guided by experienced instructors from the Vietnam - Soviet Friendship Labor Culture Palace, equipping them with basic skills in the 3 subjects. This helped develop their talents, artistic thinking, self-defense skills, and organizational skills for developing movements for the trainees.
In reality and the results of the 3 courses have given confidence after the course, the trainees will continue to practice and improve their skills and knowledge imparted in the training course, and promote their core role in cultural and artistic movements, contributing to improving the spiritual life of union members and laborers at their agencies and units, as well as the overall movement of Long Biên District.
Notably, in addition to the Vietnam - Soviet Friendship Labor Culture Palace's decision to recognize 67 trainees who have completed the nucleus cultural base course - singing, dance, and self-defense, the LĐLĐ Long Biên District also has a form of reward.
According to that, individuals with outstanding achievements in coordinating the organization of the course will receive a Certificate of Merit and a reward of 500,000 VND. Individuals who are trainees and have completed the course with excellent results will receive a Certificate of Merit and a reward of 300,000 VND. This reflects the recognition and encouragement of individuals to continue striving and bring the new knowledge they have learned to serve the movement at the grassroots level in the most effective way.
