Quickly catch up after Tet
Recorded at industrial parks and clusters in Lam Dong province, most businesses have resumed operations after the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 holiday.
At Loc Son Industrial Park (Bao Loc), Team Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. quickly restarted production with more than 1,200 workers working fully on the production lines. The working atmosphere at the beginning of the year was urgent and exciting.

According to Ms. Tran Ngoc Nhu Quynh - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of First Garment Co., Ltd. Branch, thanks to care, ensuring legitimate rights and interests, workers have quickly caught up again.
Currently, 100% of employees at the company have signed contracts and fully participate in social insurance.
In the first days of the year, production activities are going smoothly. The working spirit of workers is very excited and responsible. This is an important foundation for businesses to complete production and business goals in 2026," Ms. Quynh said.
Ms. Ka Bao Tram - a worker at First Garment Company - shared that after more than 5 years of working, she is always fully guaranteed with welfare benefits, bonuses and Tet gifts. Right after the Tet holiday, she and her colleagues started working with the determination to complete their tasks well.

Similarly, at Agriex Co., Ltd. (Phu Hoi Industrial Park) - a business specializing in exporting frozen and fresh vegetables and fruits - more than 500 workers have returned to work fully. The production lines are operating continuously, ensuring the correct technical procedures.
Ms. Thai Thi Thao Trang - Director of the company - said that 95% of Agriex's products are exported to Japan, and the rest to Thailand and China. In 2026, the enterprise set a target to double production compared to the previous year, so it has proactively prepared raw materials and human resources right from the beginning of the year.
The fact that businesses simultaneously re-produce, maintain stable labor and expand growth targets shows positive signs of the local industrial sector in the first days of the new year.
Towards the growth target for 2026
According to Mr. Le Hai Ninh, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Lam Dong province, currently the whole province has 166 enterprises operating in production and business in 15 industrial parks.

According to estimates, the revenue of enterprises in February 2026 reached 1,450 billion VND, accumulated at 3,765 billion VND; export turnover is estimated at 29 million USD, accumulated at 49 million USD; budget contribution is estimated at 99 billion VND, accumulated at 191 billion VND.
Before Tet, the security and order situation in industrial parks was ensured, labor after Tet did not have major fluctuations. To date, most businesses have resumed operations after the Tet holiday. Of which, about 95% of businesses are operating normally; and 5 businesses with about 2,000 workers are still unemployed," Mr. Le Hai Ninh informed.
The Management Board of Industrial Parks of the province has coordinated with localities to grasp the situation, strengthen labor supply and demand connections before and after the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 to support businesses to stabilize production and business.
The fact that businesses increase capacity and ship orders at the beginning of the year shows that production activities have quickly recovered. This is expected to be a favorable premise for the province's 2026 growth target.
