According to Plan No. 72/KH-UBND of Nghia Do Ward People's Committee, on the morning of February 26, functional forces are expected to organize forced site clearance, implement decisions to force remediation of consequences for violating works at the emergency construction investment project: "Renovation, upgrading, and new construction of some drainage works to treat flooding in Resco, Ecohome, Tay Ho Tay urban area, Diplomatic Corps, Ciputra, Vo Chi Cong area...".
This project was approved by the Hanoi People's Committee to definitively resolve the prolonged flooding situation, which directly affects the daily life and urban infrastructure of a large area in the Northwest of the Capital. In Nghia Do ward, the land area within the recovered area adjacent to Xuan Tao street has a total land clearance area of up to 21,867m2.
However, with the motto "mobilize until the last moment", the leaders of Nghia Do ward have directed working groups not to stop at administrative notices but to directly closely monitor and persuade people.
Under the direct direction of the Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council, Head of the Land Clearance Board of Nghia Do ward, Mr. Nguyen Hong Son, the inter-sectoral working group went to the scene to dialogue with the households.
The campaign lasted throughout until 1 am on February 26th, helping people understand their rights and responsibilities.

According to actual statistics at the site, out of a total of 58 cases subject to handling according to the plan, up to 46 cases agreed to cooperate after being propagated. In particular, 35/58 cases quickly proactively handled assets on the land and handed over the clean site to the construction unit.
Thanks to this high coordination rate, Nghia Do Ward People's Committee did not have to deploy a coercion plan using industrial machinery as initially planned. This not only helps save resources but also ensures absolute safety and maintains stability in the locality.
Mr. Hoang Trung Kien - Vice Chairman of Nghia Do Ward People's Committee said that the locality will continue to support people to complete the relocation, and at the same time arrange forces to protect the ground to hand over to the construction unit to deploy the project on schedule.
