On February 25, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Lam Dong province to organize a program to give gifts to workers in difficult circumstances in the area.
The delegation presented 50 gifts directly to workers. Among them, 25 gifts were presented at enterprises in Phan Thiet Industrial Park, belonging to Ham Liem Commune Trade Union; the remaining 25 gifts were presented at grassroots trade unions belonging to Lien Huong Commune Trade Union.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Doan Van Su - Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Working Committee encouraged workers to work hard, share difficulties and continue to accompany businesses in the early stages of the year.
Mr. Su requested grassroots trade unions and commune-level trade unions to proactively grasp the employment situation, living standards, salaries, and bonuses of workers; promptly propose and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members.

Each gift includes 1 million VND in cash and a gift worth 300,000 VND.
These are union members and workers in difficult circumstances who need timely support to stabilize their lives and feel secure at work right from the beginning of the year.

Receiving the gift, Mr. Luu Quang Thai - union member of the Trade Union of Ham Thuan Commune Public Works Management Board - shared that after Tet, living expenses are quite high, so this gift is very practical for the family.
We feel the concern and encouragement of the trade union organization. This is a motivation for me to try to work better in the new year" - Mr. Thai shared.

The activity of giving gifts at the beginning of the year not only has the meaning of material support but also contributes to encouraging the spirit of reunion after a long holiday.
The timely attention of the trade union organization helps workers to have more trust and attachment to businesses, strive to compete in labor production right from the early days of the year, contributing to stabilizing labor relations and developing production in the area.
