Responding to the peak propaganda campaign towards the Trade Union Congress at all levels and the 14th EVNNPC Trade Union Congress, the Lao Cai Power Company Trade Union (PC Lao Cai) has implemented many practical activities, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among all union members and workers.
Accordingly, implementing the direction of the Northern Power Corporation Trade Union, Lao Cai PC Trade Union has developed a specific plan and synchronously deployed it to grassroots trade unions.
The propaganda content focuses on highlighting the role of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union, spreading the spirit of "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development", towards the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.
At affiliated units such as Lao Cai Power Company, Bat Xat, Van Ban, Bac Ha..., many lively propaganda activities were organized such as hanging banners, billboards, slogans, posting news articles, propaganda videos on internal channels and social networks.
Many units also integrated propaganda with emulation movements for safe production, energy saving, caring for union members' welfare, creating a positive effect, spreading a sense of responsibility and solidarity throughout the company.
Mr. Ha Van Anh - Chairman of the Lao Cai Power Company Trade Union - emphasized: "This is an important political activity for each union member to have a deeper appreciation of the role and position of the Trade Union organization. In 2025, implementing the policy of arranging and perfecting the organization, PC Lao Cai has merged a number of regional power management teams. The company's trade union has proactively guided the establishments after the merger to quickly stabilize their organization, ensuring the rights and psychology of workers.
