On the afternoon of June 16, Pleiku Ward Trade Union organized a digital skills training class for union members and workers according to the "Trade Union Digital Tutor" model in 2026.
Digital transformation is taking place strongly in all areas of social life, directly impacting the working, production, learning and living methods of each citizen.
In that context, equipping union members and workers with digital knowledge and skills is not only a necessary need but also an urgent requirement, helping each person adapt to a modern working environment, improve labor productivity and quality of life.
The training class was attended by 150 trade union officials, union members and workers from Nutifood Cao Nguyen Nutrition Food Joint Stock Company and Olam Co., Ltd. Branch in Pleiku.
This is the core force contributing to spreading digital knowledge, building a modern working environment and promoting the digital transformation process in units and businesses.
To spread the movement in the company
Through the training program, workers are guided on many practical contents such as using online public services; installing and effectively exploiting VNeID and VssID applications; non-cash payments; smartphone skills; personal information protection skills; identifying and preventing fraudulent acts in cyberspace.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Xuan - Chairwoman of Pleiku Ward Trade Union - said: "After the training class, each trainee will become a propagandist, a'digital tutor' at their unit, contributing to spreading digital skills to a large number of union members and workers.
The Standing Committee of Pleiku Ward Trade Union also hopes that grassroots trade unions will continue to promote the role of trade union officials and young union members with information technology skills.
At the same time, maintain "Digital Tutor Trade Union" support groups, promote propaganda on digital platforms to make the "Digital Education for All" movement increasingly in-depth and bring practical effectiveness.
