Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just issued a new decision on administrative procedures related to foreign workers, in which the highlight is the policy of 100% fee exemption for applications for new licenses submitted online.
Accordingly, for the group of procedures for work permits, the time to process applications for new issuance and extension is regulated to be a maximum of 10 working days from the date of receipt of sufficient valid documents.
In case the dossier does not meet the conditions or the need for labor use is not approved, the functional agency will have a clear written reply within 3 working days.
The highlight of this regulation is the policy of encouraging people and businesses to promote digital transformation.
Specifically, Lang Son province applies a collection level of 0 VND for all applications for new work permits made online.
Meanwhile, if choosing to submit paper applications directly, people will have to pay a fee of 600,000 VND/license.
Specifically for cases of re-issuance or extension, the processing time is 3 days and 10 working days respectively, with a common fee of 450,000 VND/license.
At the same time, the new regulation also clarifies the process for groups of experts and workers applying for "Confirmation of not being eligible for a work permit".
The time for functional agencies to appraise, issue new or extend this type of document is 5 working days. If applying for re-issuance, the resolution process will be shortened to 3 working days.
All fees for this group of procedures are applied according to the current resolutions of the People's Council of Lang Son province.
