According to the decision of the Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Labor Arbitration Council consists of 15 members who are representatives of state management agencies, trade union organizations, business associations, cooperative alliances and businesses in the area.
Ms. Hoang Thi Hai, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, was appointed as a labor arbitrator, holding the position of Chairman of the Council. Ms. Luu Thu Trang, specialist of the Department of Labor, Employment - Social Insurance, Department of Home Affairs, is a labor arbitrator, concurrently Secretary of the Council.
The remaining arbitrators include representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation, Provincial Business Association, Provincial Cooperative Alliance, Department of Home Affairs and a number of related units.
Including Ms. Hoang Ngoc Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Ly Duc Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Business Association; Mr. Le Tuan Minh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance; Ms. Hoang Thi Le, Head of the Department of Labor, Employment - Social Insurance, Department of Home Affairs.
According to the decision, the Chairman, secretary and members of the Labor Arbitration Council work part-time. The Council is headquartered at the Department of Home Affairs and uses the seal of the Department of Home Affairs to operate.
The operating expenses of the Council are guaranteed by the state budget, and are allocated in the annual budget estimate of the Department of Home Affairs.
The Labor Arbitration Council is responsible for performing its duties according to the provisions of Decree 145/2020/ND-CP of the Government, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on labor conditions and labor relations.
The establishment of the Provincial Labor Arbitration Council is expected to contribute to strengthening the mechanism for resolving labor disputes, supporting the stability of labor relations in the context of production, business and labor market activities in the province continuing to develop.
