On the morning of April 21, the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to transfer and appoint Ms. Hoang Minh Thao to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, from April 22.
According to Decision No. 400/QD-TU dated April 20, 2026 of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, Ms. Hoang Minh Thao stopped participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and stopped holding the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ky Lua Ward before taking on a new task.
Ms. Hoang Minh Thao, 46 years old, Tay ethnicity, holds a Master's degree in public policy, Advanced political theory.
During her work, she held many positions in Lang Son city such as specialist of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Deputy Chief of Office of the City People's Council and People's Committee, Head of the Department of Culture and Information, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department cum Director of the City Political Center.
She also served as Vice Chairman of Lang Son City People's Committee (old) and recently as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ky Lua Ward.
Presenting the decision and flowers to congratulate, Deputy Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee Vu Hoang Anh requested Ms. Hoang Minh Thao to promote her work experience, quickly approach new tasks, be proactive, creative and work with the unit to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Accepting the task, Ms. Hoang Minh Thao thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for trusting her in assigning important responsibilities. She said that she will continue to train, maintain political qualities, promote the spirit of responsibility, and unite with the collective agency to successfully complete tasks in the coming time.
She also expressed her desire to continue to receive the attention and direction of provincial leaders and the close coordination of agencies and units in the working process.
