The contest is organized for 2 weeks, from July 6 to July 19, 2026, with the participation of 14 focal points including 11 commune and ward trade unions; Trade Union Boards of Provincial Industrial Parks at 2 establishments and Lao Cai Provincial Social Insurance Grassroots Trade Union.
Through online form, the contest contributes to innovating propaganda and dissemination of resolutions, creating an environment for officials, union members, and workers to proactively research and learn about the core contents of the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress and the Resolution of the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Congress.

Many units have had creative and effective ways of propagating and mobilizing union members to participate, creating widespread spread.
In which, the Provincial Social Insurance Grassroots Trade Union had the highest rate of union members registering to participate, reaching 93%. Yen Binh Commune Trade Union reached 76%; Bao Thang Commune Trade Union reached 71% and had the highest average number of exam participations, with 2.1 participations/person.
Mr. Vu Cao Minh - Standing Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation - acknowledged and praised the proactiveness and responsibility of trade union levels in propaganda and organizing the contest, as well as the serious learning spirit of union members and workers.
According to Mr. Vu Cao Minh, the contest not only helps raise awareness about the key contents of the trade union congress resolutions but also creates motivation for officials and union members to apply the resolutions to practical work, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.
At the conference, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 9 collectives with outstanding achievements in deploying and participating in the contest.






The first prize belonged to Bao Thang Commune Trade Union. Two second prizes were awarded to Yen Binh Commune Trade Union and Au Lau Ward Trade Union.
The three third prizes belonged to the Mau A Ward Trade Union, Yen Bai Ward Trade Union and Lao Cai Ward Trade Union.
Three consolation prizes were awarded to the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the province at base 1, Cam Duong Ward Trade Union and Luc Yen Commune Trade Union.
The Organizing Committee also awarded 16 prizes to individuals with high achievements.
The successful organization of the contest has contributed to innovating the form of learning and thoroughly grasping the resolution; raising political awareness, sense of responsibility and determination to implement the goals and tasks set out by the resolutions of trade union congresses at all levels.
