The 2025 Creative Labor Forum is a meaningful activity in the series of events for Workers' Month and in response to the National Creative Labor Festival, aiming to spread the spirit of innovation among workers and civil servants in the whole province.
In his opening speech, Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that in recent years, the emulation movement "Good workers - Creative workers" has been increasingly going into depth, spreading strongly in Nghe An's labor force, becoming a bright spot in the movement of workers and civil servants in the province.
Thousands of initiatives and useful technical solutions have been born from the hands, minds and hearts of workers and laborers who love their profession, contributing significantly to the development of businesses, localities and the country.
In the period of 2020-2025, the whole province had 137 turns of union members and employees awarded by the General Confederation of Labor. The spirit of initiative in learning and creative adaptation has become a beauty in the life of workers, officials and workers, the result of the attachment between expertise and trade union.
From the initiative of the organizing committee, the forum has become an open space for sharing between scientists, businesses, workers and trade unions.
Accordingly, a representative of the Nghe An Department of Science and Technology presented a speech on the implementation of Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo, proposing policy suggestions to promote innovation and digital transformation in enterprises and trade unions.
Typical examples: Doctor Pham Vinh Hung (Nghe An Oncology Hospital), engineer To Quang Thuc (Tan Thang Cement Company), Ms. Thai Thi My Hanh (Vinh City General Hospital) and representatives of TH Milk Joint Stock Company brought in-depth shares about the application of technical initiatives, digital transformation and improvement of labor organization.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Huynh Thanh Xuan - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor acknowledged and welcomed the results achieved by the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor and trade unions at all levels. For many years, Nghe An has been one of the leading units in the country in the creative labor movement.
Affirming the importance of the movement in the period of the nation, the Vice Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor said that this is both a challenge and an opportunity to organize trade unions and working classes to continue demonstrating the pioneer, leading, loyal to the Party, and the mission of the Party and the State entrusted.
From there, Mr. Huynh Thanh Xuan suggested that Nghe An Trade Unions at all levels continue to promote and further expand the strength of the creative labor movement, concretize Resolution 57, prepare to suit the whole nation to enter a new era.
The highlight at the forum is the launching ceremony of the movement "Popular school number" in workers, officials and workers in the whole province. This is the act of concretizing the Politburo's Resolution 57, following the spirit of lifelong learning in the context of digital transformation.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives and 11 individuals with outstanding achievements in the creative labor movement in the period of 2023-2025; Chairman of Nghia Dan District People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 18 individuals with outstanding achievements in the creative labor movement in the district; Nghia Dan District Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 individuals who have achieved the Creative Labor Certificate in the period of 2020-2024.
