Emulation cluster No. 3 includes the districts: Quynh Luu, Hoang Mai, Yen Thanh, Nghia Dan, Thai Hoa; currently managing 625 affiliated grassroots unions, including 339 grassroots unions in the Education sector, with a total of 38,936 union members.
In the first 6 months of 2025, units in emulation cluster No. 3 have focused on implementing the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels, term 2023 - 2028.
Enterprises basically maintain production and business, creating income for union members and workers.
Patriotic emulation movements among union members and workers were promoted, many emulation movements were vibrant.
The most prominent of which is the results of the Good Labor and Creative Labor movement, the entire cluster has 3 initiatives awarded by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with the Creative Labor Certificate and 39 provincial-level experience initiatives.
In the 2024-2025 school year, the entire cluster has 69 grassroots trade unions classified as having completed their tasks excellently, accounting for 20%; 279 units have completed their tasks well, accounting for 80%.
The cluster has directed the grassroots Trade Union to coordinate in organizing grassroots democracy conferences at the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year according to the correct procedures and ensure time. Of which, the administrative sector reached 100%, the business sector reached 72%. 71 grassroots trade unions organized dialogue conferences with enterprises.
Social activities with many practical, meaningful forms and high spread. In the first 6 months of the year, a fishing union in Quynh Lap commune, Hoang Mai town was established, developing 562 new union members. Training and introducing to the Party organization to admit 149 workers and civil servants to the Party's ranks.
At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified the results and limitations in trade union activities in emulation cluster No. 3 in the first 6 months of 2025.
The content of the staff in charge of the emulation cluster No. 3 is interested in and discussed excitingly related to the merger and streamlining of trade union organization and ending the activities of the district -level Labor Union and the post -arrangement cadre work.
Speaking at the Conference, the Chairman of Nghe An Kha Van Tam Labor Federation has recorded praising the results of the 3rd emulation cluster in the first 6 months of the year. At the same time, in the coming time, officials of the grassroots federation will continue to implement the tasks determined from the beginning of the year.
