The event is within the framework of the creative labor forum in 2025, with the participation of representatives of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Union, the leader of the Nghia Dan District Labor Union and the Trade Union officials, the typical union members in creative labor across the province.
At TH Milk Joint Stock Company, the creative labor movement has become a consistent culture, a driving force for development for many years. At the program, representatives of the TH Milk Joint Stock Company's Trade Union introduced the research, completion and application process of the "Autumatic packaging system" initiative that was awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
This initiative not only reduces labor costs by 30 but also increases packaging productivity by 25%, while ensuring food hygiene and safety. The initiative clearly demonstrates the creative working spirit of the collective of engineers and workers of TH Milk Factory, while affirming the role of trade unions in organizing movements, ensuring necessary conditions for workers to research and create.
At the program, delegates discussed enthusiastically the contents related to developing initiative topics, ways to mobilize workers to participate in movements, plans to replicate the model to other units, linking expertise and trade unions, helping the initiative not only stop at ideas but go into production practice... Thereby gaining more good and practical experience in building a creative labor movement at the unit.
Concluding the program, Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor highly appreciated the proactive and creative spirit of the TH Milk Joint Stock Company in particular and TH Group in general, and at the same time requested that grassroots unions and units learn from experience and continue to spread the creative labor movement widely.
Within the framework of the program, the delegation visited the production line of TH Milk Joint Stock Company with many initiatives and creations that bring billions of VND in benefits and dairy farms with modern and advanced technology.
