For him, as long as he earns over 10 million VND to take care of his family, he will try to fulfill any requirements the company asks. Realizing that most companies here recruit long-term employees, Mr. Phuc decided not to look for seasonal work anymore.
Fresh from Tuyen Quang to the capital to find a job, Ms. Ngoc Thi Thu (born in 2001) has just found a room for rent near the industrial park with a rent of 500,000 VND/month excluding electricity and water.
After going through two rounds of recruitment, Thu looked for companies that did not require too much in terms of qualifications or experience, with an income of 8-10 million VND/month.
