    All opinions please send to the Trade Union Affairs Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, No. 10 Chu Van An Street, Dien Bien Ward, Hanoi City within 10 working days, from the date of posting information in Lao Dong Newspaper.

    Regarding the proposal to consider and submit for commendation the "Labor Medal" Third Class:
