On the occasion of the trip to the source to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation organized a program to present 100 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances in Tan Lap border commune.
Attending the program were Mr. Tran Le Duy - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, along with representatives of leaders of departments, agencies, branches, and a large number of trade union members.
At the program, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 100 gifts in cash, each worth 1 million VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances living and working in Tan Lap border commune. This is a practical activity, showing the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization with union members and workers, especially those who still face many difficulties in life.
Speaking at the program, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the gift-giving activity not only contributes to material support but is also a source of spiritual encouragement, adding faith for union members and workers to strive to overcome difficulties, feel secure in working, producing and attached to the Trade Union organization.
The program is one of the meaningful activities in a series of events about the origin commemorating the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, contributing to spreading the tradition of solidarity and mutual affection of the Trade Union organization, while affirming the role of caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
