On March 27, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit and Thanh Hoa Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association had just organized a signing ceremony for a coordination program for the 2026-2030 period.
Comprehensive and practical coordination content
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said: the coordination program is not only an organizational link, but also a step to concretize the major policies of the Party, especially the spirit of Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW, Resolutions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the development orientation of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee on building a team of workers and entrepreneurs in the new era.
The program aims for a dual goal: Accompanying businesses to develop and improve life, protect workers' rights, thereby contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations - an important foundation for the province's sustainable development.

According to the program content, the two sides agreed to deploy many key task groups, closely following the practical requirements of businesses and workers, notably: Promoting the emulation movement "5 pioneers, 5 companions", focusing on "Good labor, Creative labor", associated with digital transformation, green transformation and improving labor productivity.
Building the model "Thanh Hoa Young Entrepreneurs Trade Union Legal Consulting Group" - a breakthrough new point, supporting businesses and workers to solve legal obstacles early and remotely.
Strengthen coordination in human resource training, especially management skills, labor law, dialogue and collective bargaining.
Coordinate to care for the lives of workers, improve welfare, improve working conditions, and develop "happy workplace" models.
Promote dialogue, negotiation, and signing of collective labor agreements for business groups, towards terms that are more beneficial to workers.
Develop trade union organizations and party organizations in enterprises, creating a solid socio-political foundation in the production and business sector.
New and creative ways of doing things
Also according to the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, the highlight of this coordination program is the innovative and flexible approach, taking businesses and workers as the center, clearly showing the action thinking of Thanh Hoa Trade Union.
First, shifting from "administrative support" to "accompanying development"; Trade unions not only protect rights but also participate with businesses to improve productivity, improve technology, and build corporate culture.
Second, shifting from "passive resolution" to "proactive prevention"; the model of legal advisory groups, mobile advisors, and advisors through digital platforms helps to detect and handle labor relations issues early.
Third, shifting from "individual" to "ecosystem linkage". According to the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, this is the first time a close coordination mechanism has been formed between Trade Unions - businesses - team of experts - scientific and technical organizations, creating a multi-dimensional support network.
Fourth, promote digital transformation in trade union activities; Apply digital platforms in legal advice, online training, connecting initiatives - in line with modern management trends.

According to the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, the cooperation program not only carries the specific meaning of the two organizations, but also contributes to the implementation of the major goals of Thanh Hoa province. These are rapid and sustainable business development, improving competitiveness; Building a modern team of workers with industrial skills and working style; Maintaining stable labor relations, not allowing "hot spots" to arise and promoting innovation and digital transformation in production and business.
This is also a step to concretize the major orientations of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee on socio-economic development in the period 2025–2030.
