The conference was attended by leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation, leaders of the Department of Health, representatives of grassroots trade unions in the health sector, and some units and businesses in the health sector.
Accordingly, the coordination program for the period 2026 - 2030 focuses on key tasks such as propagating the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, labor laws, and trade unions to union members, workers and businesses in the health sector.

From there, raise awareness of workers and employers about the position and role of trade union organizations; mobilize the development of union members, and establish grassroots trade unions in eligible units.
The two sides also agreed to coordinate in grasping and exchanging information on the labor situation, grassroots trade union activities, supervising the implementation of democracy regulations at the workplace, collective labor agreements, policies for employees and the deduction and payment of trade union funds according to regulations.
In addition, there are activities to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers in the health sector; support cases of housing difficulties and serious illnesses; organize activities to respond to Workers' Month, Action Month on occupational safety and health and annual emulation and commendation movements.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Be Thi Hoa, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation - said that in the period 2020 - 2025, the Provincial Labor Federation and the Department of Health have effectively coordinated in propagating policies and laws on protection and health care for workers, civil servants, and laborers and organized many practical care activities.
Thousands of union members and workers were health checked, supported in difficulties, given gifts on holidays and Tet, and housing support.
In the COVID-19 epidemic alone, 1,633 union members and health workers were supported with more than 1.6 billion VND; many frontline units and isolation areas were also supported with funds, gifts, and meals.
These results are the foundation for the two units to continue signing a new phase of coordination program.
Sharing at the program, Mr. Nguyen The Toan - Director of Lang Son Provincial Department of Health said that signing the coordination regulation is extremely necessary and agreed with the contents in the regulation.
Specifically, promoting the effectiveness of cooperation, making important contributions to the cause of caring for, protecting and improving the health of union members and workers, building an increasingly strong and dedicated medical staff to serve the people.
After the signing ceremony, a sports exchange activity took place to celebrate the success of the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
