In the past 9 months, grassroots trade unions have strongly implemented emulation movements associated with digital transformation, creating a vibrant atmosphere in the entire system. Union member development work continues to be focused on, 908 new union members have been admitted and 19 grassroots unions have been established. Currently, 100% of union officials use operating software, 95% of work records are processed online, contributing to improving work efficiency.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has organized many practical activities to care for the lives of union members and workers such as: "Union Meal" Program, Workers' Month, taking care of Tet, visiting and giving gifts to union members in difficult circumstances. In particular, in response to the emulation movement to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, the whole province has registered 35 projects and trade union tasks, of which 15 projects have been completed, bringing practical results.

Mr. Dang Minh Vu - Chairman of Tan Thanh Ward Trade Union - said that in the fourth quarter, the Provincial Federation of Labor will focus on directing the organization of Trade Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 1st Ca Mau Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030; organize the forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party"; continue to carry out the work of caring for the rights and interests of workers.
