Over 2,000 union members are active in 64 grassroots unions of Quoc Oai commune

    According to the Decision of the Hanoi City Labor Federation, the Quoc Oai Commune Labor Union was established as a legal entity, with its own seal and account.

    Currently, the Quoc Oai Commune Trade Union manages 64 grassroots trade unions with over 2,067 union members, forming a large core force in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers in the area.

    In the coming time, the Quoc Oai Commune Trade Union will focus on preparing to organize the 1st Commune Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, scheduled to take place on October 26, 2025. The Congress is an opportunity for the Commune Trade Union to clearly identify the direction and key tasks, towards building a strong - united - creative - responsible Trade Union organization.

    The goal is that the Quoc Oai Commune Trade Union will actively contribute to the civilized, modern and sustainable development of the homeland, becoming a solid bridge between the Party, the government and union members and workers.
