The conference took place at the headquarters of the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union (An Tinh Ward). Attending and directing the conference were Mr. Tran Le Duy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation. The conference has more than 400 grassroots union officials from 5 industrial parks (Trang Bang, Linh Trung III, Thanh Thanh Cong, Phuoc Dong and Cha La).
At the conference, delegates were guided on the following contents: Organizing grassroots trade union congresses for the 2025 - 2030 term, including preparation steps, election process, program content and personnel work; Expenditure regime for organizing congresses and grassroots trade union conferences, ensuring compliance with regulations, savings and efficiency; Developing a trade union financial revenue and expenditure estimate in 2026, in accordance with the actual situation of each unit; Deploying key tasks on developing union members and establishing new grassroots trade unions, contributing to expanding the network of trade union organizations in enterprises.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Le Duy emphasized: The grassroots Trade Union Congress is an extensive political activity, of great significance in summarizing and evaluating the performance of the trade union organization, and at the same time setting out directions and tasks for the new term. Therefore, each union cadre needs to uphold the sense of responsibility, proactiveness and creativity in preparing and organizing the Congress, ensuring democracy, solidarity and compliance with the provisions of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter.
The training conference is a practical activity, contributing to equipping grassroots union cadres with the necessary knowledge and professional skills to successfully organize Trade Union Congresses at all levels. This is also an important preparation step towards the 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress and the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.
