The Congress was attended by 121 workers representing 420 union members. The delegates elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consisting of 5 members, of which Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Ngan was elected to hold the position of the first grassroots Trade Union President of the company.
Attending and congratulating the Congress were Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Industrial Parks Trade Union; Ms. Truong Thi Thanh Trang - Director representative of Enternal Prowess Long An Production - Trading Company Limited and representatives of departments and functional offices.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh highly appreciated the active coordination of the Company's Board of Directors in establishing a trade union organization. He emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions will be an important bridge between employees and employers, contributing to caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, while building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
The establishment of the Trade Union of Production Production and Trading Company Limited of Enternal Prowess Long An is part of the plan to develop the trade union organization in industrial parks in Tay Ninh province, contributing to expanding the network of labor representatives and promoting the emulation movement of labor production in enterprises.
