The company is located in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Trang Bang Ward, Tay Ninh Province. 40 workers of the company voluntarily wrote an application to join the Vietnam Trade Union, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, attachment, and desire to participate in the organization to represent, care for, and protect the legitimate and legal rights of workers.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the VINNER Company Limited Trade Union, in which Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim - an administrative - human resources employee - was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh - Deputy Head of the Tay Ninh Industrial Park Trade Union - congratulated the collective of workers and the Executive Committee of the VINNER Company Limited Trade Union for the first term.
At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh also suggested that the new Executive Board should quickly improve the organization, develop operating regulations, promote a sense of responsibility, internal solidarity and closely coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors in implementing grassroots democracy regulations, taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers. The grassroots trade union needs to play a good role as a bridge between workers and enterprises, organize well emulation movements for good workers, creative workers, contribute to improving productivity, product quality and building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
The establishment of a grassroots trade union at VINNER Company Limited is an important development step, contributing to expanding the network of trade union organizations in industrial parks in Tay Ninh province, affirming the role of the trade union organization in accompanying businesses and workers for the goal of "Enterprise development - Happy workers - Sustainable society".
