According to the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, this is an important conference to review, discuss and decide on many orientational contents for trade union activities in the coming time.
In particular, the conference focused on giving opinions on the draft plan to organize the 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030; personnel plan, working regulations and assignment of tasks of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee; at the same time, approving the outline of the Congress documents and the plan to implement the union member welfare program.
The conference took place in the context that trade unions at all levels in the province are urgently preparing for grassroots trade union congresses, establishing commune and ward trade unions and deploying tasks towards the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, scheduled to be held in mid-December 2025.
The representative of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor assessed that the conference had completed all the contents of the proposed program, highly agreed on the important drafts and assigned the Trade Union Working Committee to receive and complete the documents to submit for signing and promulgation.
The Provincial Federation of Labor also set out 6 key tasks in the coming time, including: completing the targets of developing union members, establishing grassroots unions; promoting propaganda, caring for welfare, grasping the situation of workers; strengthening inspection, supervision and preparation for the 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress.
The conference ended in an atmosphere of solidarity and unity, demonstrating the high sense of responsibility of the Executive Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, aiming to improve the quality of trade union activities in the new period.
