As Head of Planning and Production, Ms. Yen always proactively deploys and effectively coordinates the production process, from receiving orders, calculating raw materials, to arranging plans and coordinating departments. Thanks to the meticulousness and high sense of responsibility, the production department she is in charge of always completes over 90% of the KPI target per month, contributing to maintaining the progress and quality of the company's products. In particular, she has proposed applying a 5S management program throughout the system, helping the working environment to be airy, safe, labor productivity increase and customer satisfaction rate to improve significantly. The initiative "Pricing for hanging products on static electric paint lines" researched by her has helped double productivity, saving businesses from 7-10 million VND per month.
Not only completing her professional tasks excellently, Ms. Kim Yen is also an active union official, with many initiatives to help businesses save costs and improve the lives of workers.
As Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union, Ms. Yen and the Executive Committee have built many practical movements, attracting union members to participate such as: "Good workers - Creative workers", "Green - clean - beautiful, occupational safety and hygiene", or cultural and sports programs on the occasion of March 8, October 20, Lunar New Year.
During the COVID-19 epidemic, Ms. Yen was a pioneer in epidemic prevention and control at the company, mobilizing 100% of workers to be vaccinated and strictly complying with epidemic prevention regulations. In addition, she actively cares for union members' lives through visiting activities, supporting difficulties, organizing tours, sports festivals, giving Tet gifts, scholarships to workers' children, etc.
Not only dedicated to her work, Ms. Yen is also a family woman - gentle, thoughtful and exemplary. She and her relatives build a prosperous and happy lifestyle, actively participate in social and charity activities in the locality such as contributing to road construction, supporting poor households, installing lighting on village roads.
With many efforts, Ms. Phan Thi Kim Yen has been awarded many noble titles: Certificate of Merit of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for her achievements in the movement "Good at public work, good at housework" in 2024; Certificate of Merit of the People's Committee of Ben Luc district; title of "Outstanding grassroots union president for the period 2018-2023" of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation.
Ms. Yen is a model of a dedicated and brave female union official - both affirming her role in work and maintaining her family, actively contributing to the development of the union organization and enterprises.
