On November 22, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced that it had just held an expanded Executive Committee Conference to collect opinions on the Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 21st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Trinh Thi Hoa emphasized that the wide consultation helps complete the congress documents, ensuring an objective and accurate assessment of trade union activities in the past term and proposing key and effective solutions for the coming term, contributing to building the Thanh Hoa Trade Union to become increasingly strong.
The 21st Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union Congress, scheduled to take place in early December 2025, is an important political event for more than 300,000 union members and workers in the province. The Congress will elect the 21st Executive Committee and a delegation to attend the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".

To prepare for the congress, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has proactively established subcommittees on documents, personnel, propaganda, and service organization; drafted and completed the political report, review report and asked for comments from agencies, departments, and organizations.
The draft political report consists of two parts: assessing the situation of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in the 2023-2025 period; goals, directions, and tasks for the 2025-2030 term with 20 groups of targets, 2 breakthroughs and 10 groups of tasks and solutions.
At the conference, delegates highly agreed with the draft content, and at the same time gave 17 comments on the motto, theme of the congress, system of targets and many contents related to the congress preparation work.
Concluding the conference, Vice President Trinh Thi Hoa acknowledged the positive contributions of the delegates; affirmed that the opinions will be accepted, compiled, and studied to report to the Standing Committee to complete the documents, ensuring comprehensiveness and closeness to reality.
