The Government Office has issued Official Dispatch 8726/VPCP-KGVX in 2024 on the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday schedule and some public holidays in 2025.
Accordingly, the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday schedule for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers is as follows:
Officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in administrative agencies, public service agencies, political organizations, and socio-political organizations: have a day off from January 25, 2025 to February 2, 2025 (Saturday, December 26 to Sunday, January 5).
Thus, the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday schedule for cadres, civil servants and public employees lasts 9 days from January 25, 2025 to February 2, 2025 (from Saturday, December 26 to Sunday, January 5).
