On May 15, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Chairwoman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation (LDF) - led a working delegation to visit, grasp the production and business situation and give gifts to union members and workers at Lee & Man Vietnam Paper Co., Ltd., on the occasion of Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.

At the visit, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Chairwoman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation briefly informed about the operational situation of the City Trade Union after arranging the organizational structure and some key activities in Workers' Month 2026.
Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai acknowledged the efforts of grassroots trade unions and businesses in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, requesting the company's grassroots trade union to continue to innovate operations, strengthen dialogue, grasp the thoughts of union members and workers, promote the role of a bridge, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.

Currently, Lee & Man Vietnam Paper Co., Ltd. has over 760 employees; of which trade union members account for 62%. Over the past time, grassroots trade unions have coordinated with businesses to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and employees.
Welfare care activities are maintained regularly, such as: visiting, giving birthday gifts, caring for female workers and union members' children... contributing to encouraging union members and workers to feel secure in their work and stick with the business.
On this occasion, the Can Tho City Labor Federation presented 20 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances at the Company; each gift included 2 million VND in cash and a gift of essential goods worth 500,000 VND.
