Bringing old gasoline cars to immediately exchange for electric cars at Green Transformation Day 2026

On May 16, 2026, Lao Dong Newspaper coordinated with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, Hanoi City People's Committee and related units to organize the program "Green Transformation Day 2026" with the theme "Green Transformation - Driving force for Vietnam's new growth model" in Hanoi.

The program is open freely and for free, taking place from 8:00 AM on May 16, 2026 at Cau Giay Park (Cau Giay ward, Hanoi).

Within the framework of the program, a series of special art exchange activities will take place with the participation of NSND Pham Phuong Thao, Singer Ngo Lan Huong.

In particular, the highlight of Green Transformation Day 2026 is the exhibition and experience of electric vehicles and the "Gasoline exchange for electricity" program implemented by Lao Dong Newspaper in coordination with units and businesses.

The activity aims to introduce to people and businesses the lines of vehicles using clean energy, environmentally friendly; and at the same time promote the trend of transitioning to green vehicles in Vietnam.

In the experience area, participants will have the opportunity to directly visit, learn about and test drive new electric vehicles such as Evo Grand, Evo Grand Lite, Feliz 2025, Zgoo, Flazz, Evo Max, Feliz II, Amio, Viper... People will participate in trial driving under the guidance of a team of technicians.

The organizers said that all vehicles before being put into operation are strictly technically inspected to ensure safety. The experience space is also equipped with a system of fences, signs, coordination areas and support forces to control the flow of participants throughout the event.

In parallel with that, the "gasoline to electricity exchange" program will bring many preferential policies, support and practical advice to encourage people to switch from vehicles using internal combustion engines to electric vehicles.

Electric vehicle experience activities and "gasoline to electricity exchange" will take place throughout May 16, 2026, promising to bring a vibrant, modern and practical interactive space for the people of the Capital and participating tourists.
