The conference was attended by Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Ms. Lau Thi Thanh Huong - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor; full-time union officials of the Provincial Federation of Labor, district, town, city, industry unions, provincial civil servant unions; party members and workers of Dien Bien Trade Union Tourism Company Limited.
At the conference, delegates listened to the content of new documents directing and guiding the Central Government and the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee such as: Directive No. 43-TW, dated April 10, 2025 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in institutionalizing the Party's policies and guidelines on preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity into State laws.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor - emphasized the importance of grasping the instructions and guidance of superiors to effectively organize implementation at the grassroots level.
At the same time, he suggested that the Trade Unions at all levels in the province actively coordinate closely, promote propaganda work, and create consensus among the people.
Prepare well the conditions to implement the Project after it is approved in accordance with the Central Government's direction.
