The company currently has 151 employees, operating in the field of manufacturing and processing components and smart electronic equipment.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions is of great significance in gathering workers into the trade union organization, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Doan Manh Thang acknowledged the coordination and facilitation of the company's board of directors. At the same time, he requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to soon stabilize the organization, build operating regulations, and closely coordinate with businesses to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees.
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 15 gifts (total value of 10,500,000 VND) to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
The company's Board of Directors also presented 151 gifts (100,000 VND/gift) to all employees at the workplace.
