Mr. Truong added that the company's trade union not only protects rights but also participates in building internal policies, monitoring the implementation of Collective Labor Agreements, and handling recommendations, contributing to stabilizing human resources and supporting businesses in sustainable development. As of July 2025, the rate of 100% of employees at enterprises participating in trade unions has reached.
