On August 12, Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company said that from September 10, the company will receive documents to buy social housing for 205 apartments in the apartment complex serving workers under the Housing Development Project at the Bau Xeo Industrial Park service center, Trang Bom commune, Dong Nai province.
The investor will receive the documents until the number of apartments is sold out.
Apartments with an area of around 31,70 m2, the selling price is estimated at 4-11.4 million VND/m2 (depending on the floor), equivalent to 133-888 million VND/apartment.
According to the investor, low-priced worker apartments are apartments on the 5th floor of the elevated apartment block, without elevators. Previously, this number of apartments was for rent.
According to regulations, there are 10 groups of subjects eligible to buy social housing in this project, including workers and laborers working at enterprises; cadres, civil servants, and public employees; households and individuals whose land has been recovered, cleared, or demolished but have not been compensated by the state with housing or residential land...
The above project has a total of more than 600 apartments.
Currently, the investor has completed more than 200 apartments and is expected to start the next phase on August 19 with nearly 100 apartments.
