On March 2, Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company (investor) said that the company is opening for sale 205 apartments to serve workers and laborers working at enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions in industrial parks in Dong Nai. This is one of 12 groups of beneficiaries of preferential social housing policies.
According to Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company, the worker apartments have an area of 31.1 m2 to 84.3 m2, a selling price of 150 million VND/apartment and are supported with loans to buy apartments from Trang Bom District Social Policy Bank and Dong Nai Province Social Policy Bank.
This is the first social housing project to be implemented in Trang Bom district with full and clear legal documents and procedures.
Up to now, 2 apartment blocks have been completed ready to hand over houses to customers who are eligible to buy a house under the social housing category.
Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company added that out of 205 apartments opened for sale, 36 apartments have been sold and handed over to customers.
