According to the representative of Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company, the workers' apartments priced at 150 million VND/unit are apartments on the 5th floor of the CC6 apartment block with an elevator, with 24 apartments, previously this number was for rent; the 4th floor cost 170 million VND/unit.
Previously, on March 2, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company is opening for sale 205 apartments to serve workers and laborers working at enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions in industrial parks in Dong Nai. This is one of 12 groups of beneficiaries of preferential social housing policies.
According to Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company, worker apartments have an area of 31.1m2 to 84.3m2, selling price from 150 million VND/apartment or more and are supported with loans to buy apartments from Trang Bom District Social Policy Bank and Dong Nai Province Social Policy Bank.
This is the first social housing project to be implemented in Trang Bom district with full and clear legal documents and procedures.

The apartment building serving workers, part of the housing development project at the Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center (Trang Bom district) with an area of 20,450m2, is planned to build 6 blocks of 5-6-storey apartment buildings (including 624 apartments) and other works such as community houses, auxiliary works (car house, underground water tank) and technical infrastructure.
To date, the investor has invested in the complete construction of CC6 block (including 107 apartments) and CC5 block (98 apartments). Of which, block CC6 has been in business since 2021.
Currently, the investor has signed sales contracts and handed over apartments to 36 customers who are workers and laborers.
Mr. Phan Trong Dat - Head of Investment and Business Department - Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company said that according to State regulations, the selling price of worker apartments, the company only calculates a profit of 10% of the cost, the company tries to save to reduce business management costs and sales costs so that the apartment building reaches the workers at the best price.
CC5 apartment block (elevator) consists of 5 floors, with 98 apartments. The usable area of each apartment ranges from 31.1m2 - 84.3m2. The average price of each apartment, the first floor (ground floor) is more than 12.6 million VND/m2 and the second, third, fourth, and fifth floors are more than 9.5 million VND/m2.
CC6 apartment block ( steps) consists of 5 floors, with 107 apartments. The usable area of each apartment ranges from 31.1 m2 - 84.3 m2. The lowest price ranges from 4.4 million VND/m2 (5th floor) to 12.2 million VND/m2 (1st floor).
