Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (40 years old, residing in Thach Xuan commune, Ha Tinh province) is a worker at TAAD Ha Tinh Investment and Trading Production Joint Stock Company who has been attached to the garment industry at this enterprise for 20 years.
According to Ms. Huong, working at TAAD Ha Tinh Investment and Trading Production Joint Stock Company, in addition to salaries and bonuses, the company fully and seriously implements the payment of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees. On the occasion of Workers' Month 2026, the company gives gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, improves the quality of meals, trains occupational safety and hygiene, and organizes for workers to go on vacation and eat seafood at Thien Cam beach tourist area.

According to Mr. Luc, currently the level of support for building Trade Union Warm Houses for union members in difficult circumstances is mainly at 40 million VND/house, which is still low compared to the total amount of money to build a house because the price of building materials is high and labor costs are high. Therefore, it is hoped that in the coming time, the upper-level Trade Union will raise the level of support higher so that union members who receive support will have to borrow a large amount of money to complete the house.
