At the congress, the Steering Committee for establishing grassroots trade unions reported on the process of propaganda and mobilization of workers to participate in the Vietnam Trade Union organization. Jinkeli Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, which started operating in March 2020, currently has 14 employees working regularly.
According to the Mobilization Committee, realizing the role of trade union organizations in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, the unit has actively propagated to help workers understand their rights when participating in trade unions.
As a result, 14 workers voluntarily applied to join the Vietnam Trade Union and agreed to carry out the steps to establish grassroots trade unions according to the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the congress, representatives of the Mobilization Committee announced the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Jinkeli Vietnam Co., Ltd. Union members committed to solidarity, supporting each other in the working process, strictly implementing the provisions of the Trade Union Law, contributing to building harmonious, stable labor relations and business development.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union congratulated the newly established grassroots trade union, and at the same time wished the executive committee to soon stabilize the organization, promote the role of caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the term 2026-2030, consisting of 3 members. As a result, Ms. Nguyen Tran Yen Duyen was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Jinkeli Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Ms. Pham Thi Chau Trinh is in charge of trade union inspection work.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions at Jinkeli Vietnam Co., Ltd. is expected to create an additional bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to building a stable, harmonious and sustainable working environment.
