The grassroots trade union (CDCS) of Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company and the enterprise are implementing a plan to take care of Tet for union members and workers.
Notably, this year, the company allocated 73 billion VND to pay Tet bonuses to employees. In which, the company gives Tet bonuses to employees equal to the 13th month salary. In addition, the company also gives seniority bonuses, lucky money at the beginning of the year and post-Tet support. Tet bonuses will be paid to employees from January 15th onwards.
It is known that Mien Nam Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company has a production plant in Tan Uyen ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, the company has about 1,700 employees.
The grassroots trade union has coordinated with businesses to organize many activities to care for the lives of workers. Notably, the unit has effectively organized the "Trade Union Meal" program in 2025 with an additional spending of 30,000 VND/person, giving gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.
In addition, the grassroots trade union, together with the company and workers, implements many meaningful social charity activities such as supporting to award Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships to students who are children of workers in difficult circumstances. The unit also supports people in the North who were affected by floods, building 2 "Trade Union Shelter" houses.
In 2026, the Trade Union of Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company continues to encourage workers to compete to increase productivity and successfully complete the annual plan. Thereby stabilizing jobs and income for workers. Implementing good care for the lives of union members in difficult circumstances, and building harmonious and stable labor relations at the enterprise.
