With the mission, role, function, and specific tasks of each Association, closely following the direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, and central mass organizations, each Mass Association assigned tasks by the Party and the State has promoted the role of all levels of Associations and cadres and members to unite, unite, strive, be proactive, creative, and flexibly implement the tasks of Association work in 2025, achieving many positive results; completing the set targets, making positive contributions to the common success of the country in 2025 in many fields of social life.
Typically, the implementation of arranging the organizational structure of the Associations at all levels was carried out synchronously and uniformly; the organizational structure and cadres of the Associations at all levels were consolidated and strengthened in a timely manner and initially went into stable operation.
The Associations have proactively adjusted to reduce internal focal points and at the same time have consolidated the organizational structure and personnel of affiliated units, issued decisions on mergers, dissolutions, and conversions of the operating models of public service units in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW; arranged and transferred personnel between units in accordance with new functions and tasks; reviewed, adjusted, supplemented, and completed the functions and tasks of affiliated units; arranged and streamlined the apparatus to ensure compliance with the direction of the Central Government.
To date, there have been 20 mass organizations assigned by the Party and State to implement the arrangement and streamlining of internal focal points; from 160 focal points, it has decreased to 91 focal points, a decrease of 43%.

One of the outstanding highlights of the Associations in 2025 is the work of propaganda, mobilization, gathering members, strengthening social consensus, contributing to the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; and at the same time making positive contributions to the success of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels towards the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026 term. With thousands of conferences, forums, and training classes organized from the Central to grassroots levels, 100% of officials and members at all levels of the Association have studied and thoroughly grasped the Resolution on breakthroughs in scientific and technological development and national digital transformation, showing the strong movement of the Associations in the digital environment.
2025 marked a clear increase in the quality of social supervision and criticism of Mass Associations. Not only stopping at participating in contributing opinions, Associations have proactively monitored policy implementation, supervised public service activities, and promptly reflected issues arising from real life. From social security policies, land management, environmental protection, to administrative reform, and streamlining the apparatus - many criticisms of Associations have been received and adjusted in the process of policy completion. In particular, press agencies and magazines under the Associations have promoted the role of "social supervision with the pen", contributing to increasing transparency and accountability.
The Standing Committees of the Associations have also proactively coordinated with relevant sectors to organize forums and meetings to listen to the opinions of members, association members, and people; proactively and promptly grasp practical issues raised in the process of participating in socio-economic development in localities and grassroots levels to propose building, amending, supplementing, and perfecting guidelines, policies, and laws related to the Association's field and the lives of association members. During the year, more than 300 conferences and feedback workshops were organized, and more than 1,400 written comments were sent to competent authorities, which is a vivid proof of the role and responsibility of the Association for the development of the country.
At the conference, delegates listened to the heartfelt speeches of representatives of leaders of agencies, units, and mass organizations on the directions, contents, and solutions for implementing the activities of mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and State in 2026.
