On the occasion of National Day 2/9 years ago, more than 100 workers at Minh Khoa Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. (HCMC) received a total care level of 2.2 million VND/person.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Vui, Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union, the company offers a bonus of 1 million VND in cash and a gift worth 1 million VND for each employee. The company's Trade Union supports an additional 200,000 VND/person. This year's holiday care level is higher than last year (last year including 1 million VND in cash and gifts worth 500,000 VND).

Seeing workers excitedly receiving bonuses, I am very happy. This thoughtful care shows that the business always accompanies and respects employees. Up to now, all cash and gifts have been handed directly to each worker," Ms. Vui expressed.
Due to urgent order requirements, the company only arranged for workers to have 2 days off during the holidays. Short holidays, so most workers choose to stay in the city instead of returning to their hometowns.

Ms. Vui added that although the production and business situation still faces many difficulties, the enterprise and the Trade Union still strive to maintain policies to accompany and care for workers' lives. In addition to bonuses and Tet, periodically every month, employees at the company are supported with rice and essential necessities.

Previously, in Dong Nai City, representatives of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City) said that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and the Board of Directors of the Company had met and agreed to reward 1 day's salary to all employees.
Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc, Chairman of the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Company, said: In addition to bonuses, the Trade Union has also announced gifts on National Day to encourage and contribute to improving the welfare of workers working at the company. Gifts include: shoe dryers, cooking oil, milk... have been given to workers.
